Summer Sorbet

It’s summer and all you wish for is a chilled delight. We are sure that you are definitely craving for a few cool scoops in the middle of these wearisome days .You think ice cream, we bring to you sorbet. Ones not in a plastic tub but the real fruitilicious fare. Try this recipe to bring some fun to your humid afternoons.



Let’s begin!

“The What”

  • 250gms Watermelon

  • 250gms black Grapes

  • Half Banana

  • Half Lemon’s Juice

  • Honey or sugar (as per your taste preference)


“The How”

  • Cut watermelons into cubes and remove the seeds, do same for the grapes

  • Peel the banana

  • Freeze the fruits for around 2 hours

  • Add the fruits into a food processor with half lemon juice and 3 tsp honey

  • Blend it to a fine consistency

  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze the mixture overnight

  • Get the entire frozen mixture out in a different bowl

  • Process the frozen mixture in mixture grinder until a fine paste

  • Freeze for another hour before serving

  • Scoop some of the sorbet and fruits to compliment the summer vibes
