Here we have with us is another summer special treat that you can use to satisfy your appetite. With both the summer favorites (kulfi and mango) in one dish, this recipe is bound to find a way to your heart.
So without any further ado, let's get started!
“The What”
500ml Milk
Half cup of condensed milk
1 spoon of brown sugar
10-15 almond buds
10-15 buds of pista
2 big mangos (preferably Banganpalli or Alphonso)
“The How”
Pour the milk into a deep utensil and heat it at a high temperature
Bring it to a boil and lower the flame
Add the condensed milk (sweet version)
Add 1 tsp brown sugar
Reduce the milk to half by heating and condensing it
Don't let the milk stick to the base of the utensil (keep stirring the mixture)
Cool the mixture once reduced to half
Cut the top of the mangoes and carve the seed out with the help of a spoon (make sure to not carve the pulp out of the mangoes)
Do not peel the mangoes
Keep the mangoes straight on the brim of a glass
Pour the condensed mixture into mangoes and freeze overnight
After around 8 hours or more, take the mangoes out and peel it
Cut and serve chilled
