"The What"
Paneer cubes 250gms
1 capsicum (Diced)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt and pepper powder
Sugar
Butter
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
Olive Oil
Mozzarella Cheese 100gms
Pasta sauce
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp dry active yeast
1 cup of warm water
"The How"
Flour Dough
Pour 1 cup of warm water into a bowl. Make sure that the water is not hot. Hot water kills the yeast.
Add 1 tsp active dry yeast and 1 tsp of sugar.
Set the bowl aside for 10-15 minutes, after which the yeast will start to froth.
Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour,1 ½ tsp olive oil, and ½ tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough; knead it properly until very soft consistency.
Add water to the mixture if needed.
The consistency of the dough should be elastic (which means it should bounce back when you press it down).
Grease the bowl properly and let the dough rest for at least 2-3 hours until it is double its size.
Don't forget to cover the bowl adequately.
Filling
Heat butter on a pan and saute the chopped onions and capsicum until the onions turn transparent.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tsp chili powder, and salt as per preferred taste.
Cook for another 2 mins.
Add the paneer cubes and mix everything well in the pan.
Cover the pan for at least 5 mins on a low flame.
Set it aside and let it cool.
