Homemade Chicken Burger

Did you know? - If all of the Burgers consumed by Americans in one year were assembled in a straight line, it would go around the Earth over 32 times. It would be tough to refute if you knew that 50 Billion hamburgers get eaten every year in the United States.

Today let's talk about a quintessential American meal, which could now also be called a global staple food. Yes, we are talking about that delicious, filling, and can be eaten on the go food - a "Burger". Though the exact origin of a burger cannot be told with certainty, it is mostly believed that the iconic meat sandwich was born in a small town in Texas. Some even say that the name of Hamburger was derived from the Hamburg steaks brought to the USA by German immigrants. Well for better or worse, this particular food was a common knot between the two superpowers during world war 2 and was also popularly called the liberty sandwich during that era.

Stories make me hungry and hunger calls for a burger! Let's look into the recipe and get set with our own, iconic meat sandwich.
