Chia Pudding


This time we've thought of bringing a sweet start to your day to counter the mundane prison life. Quick question, do you know of a nutritious morning dessert?? Yes, you are right! Producing below a healthy morning delight, the renowned chia breakfast pudding.  So if you're not finding enough antioxidants in grapes, omega 3 in salmon sounds fishy and adulterated milk is a risk. Then, thank God for Chia Seeds.   The message is clear and I'm sure you're convinced to try this dessert at home. Then why wait, follow the follow/recipe and indulge in your morning sweet tooth with your very own Chia Pudding.


“The What”



4 tsp chia seed

1 cup milk

2 tsp honey/brown sugar

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp nutella spread

4-5 almonds



“The How”


1. Add chia seed, honey / brown sugar into the milk and mix well

2. Soak the mixture for a minimum of 4 hrs, preferably overnight in a refrigerator

3.Once the seeds have absorbed the liquid and are fluffy making the mixture of a thick consistency top it up with crushed almond and nutella

4.Treat yourself to the most nutritious dessert


Yes! This is exactly as easy as it seems.


Note:


1.You can use coconut milk for a denser consistency (preferably for deserts) and almond milk for a runny consistency (preferably for breakfasts).

2.You can also switch matcha powder with cocoa powder for a healthier alternative
