“The What”
4 tsp chia seed
1 cup milk
2 tsp honey/brown sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp nutella spread
4-5 almonds
“The How”
1. Add chia seed, honey / brown sugar into the milk and mix well
2. Soak the mixture for a minimum of 4 hrs, preferably overnight in a refrigerator
3.Once the seeds have absorbed the liquid and are fluffy making the mixture of a thick consistency top it up with crushed almond and nutella
4.Treat yourself to the most nutritious dessert

Note:
1.You can use coconut milk for a denser consistency (preferably for deserts) and almond milk for a runny consistency (preferably for breakfasts).
