Banana Cake: The chocolaty way!

As we would all agree on Bananas being one of the most nutritious fruits of all time, we also cannot deny the fact that it becomes monotonous to our taste buds. So, here is the recipe to pull you out of that monotony by Baker Babe.


“The what”


3 Bananas

1 cup sugar

1cup all purpose flour

1/2 baking soda/powder

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup butter/ vegetable oil


“The How”


Recipe


1. Blend sugar, flour, baking powder/soda with a whisker to mix evenly

2. Add crushed/ blended banana, egg, milk, butter/oil slowly. Whisk while adding the ingredients.


Here you go, the batter is ready!


Now, let's preheat the oven at about 180°c to keep it ready to bake.


3. Rub the softened butter all over the pan so that the cake doesn't stick to the pan

4. Add the batter and leave it to bake for about 35-45 mins.

5. Once the time is up check if the cake is baked fully. To check, insert a toothpick into the cake.

If the batter is not sticking to it, the cake is cooked.

6.You may add Nutella/Hershey syrup to get a chocolaty taste! This makes it Bana-ana chocolate cake🤭
